We are so excited to announce that we will be hosting our 11th Annual Oktoberfest on Thursday, October 13th.
We are reaching out to all for donations of prizes for our Basket Prize Auction. As you may already know, our Auction is one of West Islip's finest. Our prizes are the "talk of the town". We would love to continue to hold that reputation!
If you would like to donate a basket, gift certificate and give a monetary donation and we will shop for you please email us back at your earliest convenience. Feel free to chip in with a friend or we can combine a few donations and prepare an amazing prize for you.
Feel free to contact Lello or Patty (chair ladies) and we will arrange for pick up or drop off or shopping for you.
We will put together and wrap your gift professionally.
This is a great way to promote your business as well.
Once we have your prize/donation, we will post on our social media. Your name will be displayed on the prize, the ticket bag, the list of donations/donors and announced when pulling the tickets.
